🚀 Get Messenger Organizer Installed in Minutes​

Follow this simple guide to install Messenger Organizer and start organizing your Facebook conversations.

Prerequisites​

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • ✅ Google Chrome browser (Messenger Organizer is a Chrome extension)
  • ✅ Facebook account (for Messenger access)
  • ✅ Internet connection (for installation and sync)

Step 1: Install the Chrome Extension​

  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store

  2. Add to Chrome

    • Click the "Add to Chrome" button
    • Click "Add extension" in the confirmation dialog
    • Wait for the installation to complete

  3. Verify Installation

    • Look for the Messenger Organizer icon in your Chrome toolbar
    • The icon should appear in the top-right corner of your browser

Step 2: Create Your Account​

⚠️ Important: You must register an account before using the extension!

  1. Visit the Registration Page

  2. Complete Registration

    • Enter your email address
    • Create a password
    • Complete the registration form
    • Verify your email (if required)

  3. Choose Your Plan

    • Start with the FREE 14-day trial
    • No credit card required for the trial
    • Upgrade anytime during or after the trial

Step 3: Reload Your Messenger Tabs​

This step is crucial for the extension to work properly!

  1. Close all Messenger tabs

    • Close any open tabs for messenger.com
    • Close any open tabs for facebook.com/messages
    • Close any open tabs for instagram.com

  2. Reopen Messenger

  3. Verify Extension is Working

    • You should see the Messenger Organizer interface
    • Look for folder organization options
    • Check that the extension icon shows as active

Step 4: First-Time Setup​

  1. Log In to Your Account

    • Click the Messenger Organizer icon in your toolbar
    • Enter your account credentials
    • Complete the login process

  2. Grant Permissions

    • Allow the extension to access Messenger
    • Accept any permission requests
    • This is required for the extension to function

  3. Start Organizing

    • Create your first folder
    • Begin organizing conversations
    • Explore the features

🔧 Troubleshooting Installation Issues​

Extension Not Appearing​

Problem: The extension icon doesn't show in the toolbar

Solutions:

  • Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome toolbar to find Messenger Organizer
  • Pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access
  • Restart Chrome and try again

Extension Not Working on Messenger​

Problem: The extension is installed but not working on messenger.com

Solutions:

  • Make sure you've reloaded all Messenger tabs
  • Check that you're logged into your Messenger Organizer account
  • Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
  • Clear browser cache and cookies

Account Registration Issues​

Problem: Can't complete account registration

Solutions:

  • Use a valid email address
  • Check your spam folder for verification emails
  • Try a different browser if issues persist

Permission Errors​

Problem: Extension asks for permissions repeatedly

Solutions:

  • Grant all requested permissions
  • Check Chrome's extension settings
  • Disable and re-enable the extension
  • Reinstall the extension if needed
