How many folders can I create?​

You can create an unlimited number of folders! Organize conversations however makes sense for your needs.

Can I have conversations in multiple folders?​

Currently, each conversation can only be in one folder at a time. However, you can use tags to add multiple categories to conversations.

How do I move conversations between folders?​

  • Drag and drop: Simply drag conversations to different folders
  • Right-click menu: Right-click a conversation and select "Move to Folder"
  • Folder menu: Use the folder assignment options in the conversation interface

Can I rename or delete folders?​

Yes! You can:

  • Rename folders at any time
  • Delete folders (conversations will return to the main list)
  • Reorganize your folder structure as needed

What are notes and tags?​

  • Notes: Private notes you can add to any conversation (only you can see them)
