The Dashboard is your home base in Messenger Organizer. It gives you a high-level overview of your sales pipeline and upcoming commitments.

  1. Overview Statistics
    • At the top of the dashboard, you can quickly see metrics like your Total Leads and Recent Leads.
  2. Pending Tasks & Follow-ups
    • The dashboard displays your pending Tasks and upcoming Follow-Up schedules attached to your conversations.
  3. Monthly Notifications Calendar
    • Click the Notifications Calendar to see all your scheduled follow-ups and tasks laid out on a visual monthly calendar.
    • This gives you a clear bird's-eye view of your commitments for the month, allowing you to click today or navigate using the < > arrows to view previous or future months.
  4. Task Manager & Desktop Notifications
    • When viewing a lead, you have access to three specific reminder tools: the Follow-Up scheduler, the Task Manager (for color-coded notes/tasks), and Desktop Notifications.
    • Setting a Desktop Notification pushes a reminder directly to your computer's OS (e.g., the bottom right corner of your screen on Windows/Mac) at a scheduled time, ensuring you never miss a meeting even if your calendar isn't synced.
