Instagram CRM
Works on:📸 Instagram
Messenger Organizer isn't just for Facebook. The Instagram CRM tab gives your Instagram DMs the exact same treatment — folders, notes, tags, follow-ups — so you can run your Instagram-driven sales pipeline next to your Facebook one without switching apps.

What you can do here
- See every Instagram lead you've tagged in a clean, filterable table.
- Move leads between folders (e.g. "New", "Replied", "Follow-up", "Booked").
- Read and edit private notes for each lead.
- Jump straight back into the Instagram DM with one click.
- Sort the list alphabetically or by most recent message.
- Export your Instagram leads to CSV or push them to a Google Sheet.
Step-by-step: Managing Your Instagram Leads
-
Open the Instagram CRM
- Click Instagram CRM in the left sidebar of the dashboard.
-
Read the table
- Name — the lead's Instagram display name.
- Image — their profile picture.
- DM — a direct link icon. Click it to open the live Instagram DM thread in a new tab.
- Folder — the main pipeline stage they're in.
- Last Message — a preview of the most recent message exchanged.
- Date — when they were added or last updated.
-
Filter and sort
- Use the All Conversations dropdown to show only one folder at a time.
- Click a column header to sort A→Z or by date.
- Use the Recent Leads button to quickly see who's been active most recently.
-
Move someone to a different folder
- In the Folder column, open the dropdown on a row and pick the new folder. The change saves automatically.
-
Add or update a note
- Click the pencil icon in the Notes column. Type whatever context you want to remember and click Update.
-
Search
- Type into the search bar at the top right. It matches the lead's name and folder label, so typing "Hot" surfaces every lead in any folder named "Hot".
-
Remove a lead
- Click the red trash icon to remove a lead from your CRM. (Their Instagram account is untouched.)
Exporting your Instagram leads
- Download CSV — the buttons above the table let you export the current view to a spreadsheet file you can open in Excel or Numbers.
- Send to Google Sheets — once you've connected Google in Settings, every new Instagram lead can be pushed into a sheet automatically.
Tips
- One person, two platforms. If a lead messages you on Facebook and Instagram, tag them in both. The folders are shared, so they stay in the same pipeline stage everywhere.
- Use tags for things folders can't capture. Folders are stages (Cold → Warm → Hot). Tags are attributes (
#VIP,#OwnsAGym). Both work on Instagram exactly like they do on Facebook. - Profile picture broken? Click the picture itself to re-sync from Instagram.
