Managing Your Instagram Leads

1. Accessing the Instagram CRM
   • Click Instagram CRM in the left sidebar to view all your stored Instagram conversations.
2. Functionality Parity
   • This dashboard mirrors the Facebook CRM. You can view the lead's Name, Folder, and Last Message, as well as utilize the quick action buttons to jump straight into the Instagram direct message thread.
3. Separating Pipelines
   • By keeping Instagram leads in a dedicated tab, you prevent your pipelines from becoming convoluted while still retaining the power of Folders and tagging across platforms.
