While the main dashboard has 20 menu items, the 21st feature happens right inside the Facebook Messenger chat window.

Turning Chats into Live Lead Files​

Whenever you open a conversation on Messenger, Messenger Organizer injects a mini-CRM directly into the sidebar.

  1. Adding a Lead
    • From Profile: When viewing any user's main Facebook profile, you'll see a new Messenger Organizer injection on the left side of the screen. Simply click the dropdown, pick a primary folder (like "Cold Leads"), and optionally add secondary folders (like "Uncategorized") to save them to the CRM.
    • From Chat: Inside a Messenger chat thread, click the small blue + icon to open the lead capture pop-up.
  2. Assign Folders & Bulk Tagging
    • Once a lead is added, use the chat overlay dropdown to move them between pipelines (e.g. from "Warm Leads" to "Clients").
    • Bulk Tagging: On your main Messenger page, you'll see small checkboxes appear next to every chat thread. Select multiple threads, and click Start bulk assignment to tag and import 10+ leads into the CRM instantly.
  3. Leave Notes & Tags
    • Tags are smaller labels that apply across multiple folders. You might tag someone as #VIP or #NeedsFollowUp.
    • You can type a summary of the call or specific details about the prospect right in the notes field. These notes stay permanently locked to this user.
  4. Canned Responses
    • Click the Messenger Organizer icon directly inside your chatbox. From here, you can select your pre-built Templates, and the system automatically types them into the chat window (auto-filling their {name}) so you can hit send.
  5. AI Generation & Native Filter
    • If configured in the dashboard, the AI icon generates contextual replies.
    • Above your chat list, click the Native Filter funnel icon to filter your Facebook inbox down to only show people who belong to a specific MO folder.
