Managing Your Skool Leads

1. Accessing the Skool CRM
   • Click Skool CRM in the left sidebar to view leads pulled from your Skool communities.
2. CRM Functionality
   • Just like the Facebook and Instagram CRMs, you can manage conversations, assign them to Folders, step into the chats via direct links, and track the last messages exchanged.
3. Unified Lead Management
   • The Skool CRM ensures that even if a prospect begins their journey in your Skool group, their data is centralized alongside your other social media leads.
