If you run a community on Skool, the Skool CRM lets you treat every member like a real lead ā with a folder, notes, tags, profile image, and a one-click link back to their Skool profile. It works exactly like the Facebook and Instagram CRMs, so you only have to learn one workflow.

What you can do hereā
- See every Skool member you've tagged in one clean table.
- Move a member between folders (e.g. "New", "Active", "Paid", "Inactive").
- Read and edit private notes on each member.
- Jump back into their Skool profile with a single click.
- Sort the list alphabetically or by the most recent activity.
- Filter the table by folder so you only see one segment at a time.
Step-by-step: Managing Your Skool Leadsā

Open the Skool CRM
- In the left sidebar of the Messenger Organizer dashboard, click Skool CRM. Your tagged Skool members will appear in a table.
- If the menu item is missing: the Skool CRM is part of the Pro plan. Use the upgrade button at the top of the screen to unlock it.

Read the table
- Title ā the member's name on Skool. Click it to open their public Skool profile in a new tab.
- Image ā their Skool profile picture.
- Profile ā a small link icon that takes you straight to their profile page.
- Groups ā the Skool communities they belong to that you've tagged them in.
- Note ā your private note. Click the pencil to edit.
- Folder ā the main bucket they sit in.
- Other Folders ā extra folders they're cross-listed in.

Filter and sort
- Use the All Conversations dropdown in the top right to show only members from one folder.
- Click the green up/down arrows next to "Title" to sort AāZ or ZāA.
- Click the blue clock icon to sort by most recently added/updated.
- Use the Show Leads dropdown to choose how many rows fit on a page (50, 100, 150, or all of them).

Move a member to a different folder
- In the Folder column, open the dropdown next to a row and pick the new folder. The change saves automatically and syncs to the cloud.

Add or update a private note
- Click the blue pencil icon in the Note column. Type whatever you want to remember about this person ā call notes, what they bought, when to follow up ā and click Update.

Search
- Use the search bar at the top right of the page. It matches against names and folder labels, so typing "Hot" surfaces every member in any folder named "Hot".

Remove a member
- Click the red trash icon on the right of any row. Confirm the prompt and the member is removed from your CRM (their Skool account is untouched).
Tipsā
- Keep one source of truth. When a member joins your Skool community AND messages you on Facebook, tag them in both CRMs. The folders sync, so they stay in the same pipeline stage everywhere.
- Refresh the picture. If a member's profile image looks broken or outdated, click the picture itself to re-sync it from Skool.
- Two devices? When you log in on a new computer, click the popup ā Sync Leads Data From Cloud to pull your Skool CRM down.
