Leads (Kanban Board)

The Leads tab transforms your CRM data into a visual, Pipeline style board ("Kanban" board). This is essential for tracking who is new, warm, or ready to close.
Using the Visual Pipeline​
- Access the Leads Board
- Click Leads in the main sidebar.
- Choose Your Platform
- Use the platform toggles at the top of the screen to switch the view between Facebook Leads, Instagram Leads, and Skool Leads.
- Organizing Your Leads
- Your Folders act as the "columns" or "stages" in your pipeline.
- Drag-and-Drop: Simply click and drag a lead's card from one stage to the next (e.g., from "New Leads" to "Follow Up" to "Closed/Won").
- Bulk Move: Need to move 10 leads at once? Select the checkboxes on their cards, click the Bulk Move icon, choose the destination folder (and subfolder if needed), and transfer them all instantly.
- Attach To-Do Lists
- You can attach simple reminders or to-do lists directly to a lead's card right from this visual interface so no conversation falls through the cracks.
