Troubleshooting
If something isn't working, start here. Most issues fall into one of five buckets — each has a dedicated guide.
Pick the symptom that matches
- Just installed and nothing works → Installation Issues.
- The Messenger Organizer overlay isn't appearing → Extension Not Loading.
- Folders or leads disappeared / don't match across devices → Sync & Data Issues.
- A scheduled campaign isn't sending → Scheduled Messages Not Sending.
- Worried about getting blocked or flagged by Facebook/Instagram/Skool → Account Safety.
The 30-second fix that solves most issues
About 80% of all support tickets are solved by:
- Reload the Facebook / Instagram / Skool tab (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R).
- Click the Messenger Organizer icon in your Chrome toolbar and confirm you're logged in.
- Check your subscription is active — expired trials hide certain menu items.
