Pick the symptom that matches

The 30-second fix that solves most issues

About 80% of all support tickets are solved by:

  1. Reload the Facebook / Instagram / Skool tab (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R).
  2. Click the Messenger Organizer icon in your Chrome toolbar and confirm you're logged in.
  3. Check your subscription is active — expired trials hide certain menu items.
