Sometimes you know what you want to say, but you don't know how to say it. Messenger Organizer includes a powerful AI integration to draft personalized, professional replies.

Configuring the AI Setup​

  1. Navigate to AI Content Generation
    • Click AI Content Generation in the main sidebar.
  2. Connect OpenAI
    • Enter your OPENAI API KEY and click Update API Key.
  3. Set Your Parameters & Test
    • In the AI CONTENT GENERATOR - CONFIGURATIONS section, you can test it directly.
    • Write a master Prompt (e.g., "Write a friendly follow-up message asking if they had time to review the PDF") and define a limit on Tokens (e.g., 100) to keep responses concise.
    • Click the purple Generate AI Content button.
  4. Use the AI in the Chat
    • Once configured, you can access the AI directly from the Native CRM Overlay within your live chat windows to draft live replies.
