Custom Folders are the organizational backbone of the Messenger Organizer software. They allow you to categorize any social media conversation exactly like email folders.

Creating and Managing Folders​

  1. Go to the "Folders" Section
    • Select the Folders tab on the left-hand menu of the dashboard.
  2. Add a New Folder
    • Click the green + Add new folder button.
    • Give the folder a descriptive name that matches your sales funnel (e.g., "Hot Leads", "Follow-up Next Week", "Current Clients", "Cheese").
    • Note: The system comes with a default Uncategorized folder. This acts as a backup/trash folder. If a custom folder is deleted, any leads inside are automatically moved to "Uncategorized" to prevent data loss.
  3. Customize Folder Colors
    • To make visual organization easier, choose a Custom Color for each folder. Click on the color palette swatches provided during creation.
    • Example: You might make all "Cold Leads" blue, and "Hot Leads" bright red.
  4. Drag and Drop Reordering
    • Once your folders are created, you can reorganize them by simply clicking, dragging, and dropping the folder rows up and down in the list. This order will instantly reflect across your entire CRM interface.
  5. Assigning Conversations
    • From any chat (Facebook, Instagram, Skool), simply select the assigned Folder using the dropdown to file the lead away.
