If you already have a list of leads stored elsewhere (like in Google Sheets or an Excel file), you can quickly bring them into Messenger Organizer using the Import feature.

How to Import Leads​

  1. Format Your CSV File
    • Tip: Click the Download Sample File button on this page to see the exact format required.
    • Create a spreadsheet with exactly two headers in the first row: Name and Profile.
    • Your Name column should hold the exact Facebook Profile Name of the person.
    • Your Profile column should hold the full URL to their Facebook profile.
    • Save the file as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file.
  2. Access the Import Screen
    • From the main left sidebar of the dashboard, click on the Import tab.
  3. Upload Your File
    • Click the green Browse Files button and select the .csv you just prepared.
    • Messenger Organizer is very strict about formatting. If you face issues, ensure there are no extra spaces or missing data points.
  4. Assign a Folder (Bulk Tagging)
    • Before hitting upload, use the checkboxes next to the imported leads to select them.
    • Use the Choose Tagging dropdown menu to decide which CRM folder all these newly imported leads will be assigned to.
  5. Finalize Import
    • After selecting your file and Folder, proceed. Your leads will populate immediately into your CRM boards.
