Quick View Popup

The Quick View menu is the small popup that appears when you click the Messenger Organizer extension icon in your Chrome toolbar. It provides immediate access to core functions without needing to open the full dashboard.

  1. Dashboard & Subscription Access
    • Click the main CRM button to jump straight into the full Messenger Organizer dashboard.
    • You can also view your current Subscription Plan and access account Billing directly from this popup.
    • Need to update your account? Use the Update Password button to change your credentials instantly.
  2. Toggle Facebook Labels
    • You can use the main toggle switch to hide or show the Messenger Organizer UI labels directly inside the native Facebook Messenger interface.
  3. Data Management & Backups
    • Download Backup: Click the Download JSON button to export a complete backup file of all your leads and CRM structure. This is highly recommended for keeping your data secure.
    • Upload Backup: If you've previously downloaded a JSON backup, you can restore your CRM by uploading it here.
    • Sync Leads Data From Cloud: Whenever you log into Messenger Organizer on a new device, click this button to force the system to sync with the cloud and pull down your most recent CRM data.
  4. Quick Folders Overview
    • The bottom of the popup gives a quick summary. You can see your Recent Leads, take Quick Actions, and view the total number of leads currently assigned to specific folders without opening the CRM.
