Notifications Calendar
Notification Calendar (FB)
Works on:💬 Facebook📸 Instagram🎓 Skool
Every follow-up, task, and reminder you set on a lead has a date attached to it. The Notifications Calendar is the single place where all of those dates show up on a real calendar, so you can plan your week at a glance instead of opening every conversation one by one.

What the calendar shows
- Desktop notifications you've scheduled from any chat (Facebook, Instagram, or Skool).
- Follow-up reminders you've attached to leads.
- Tasks you've created on a lead's profile.
Each event sits on the day it's due. Click the today button to jump back to the current date, or use the < and > arrows to look at past and future months.
Step-by-step: Using the Calendar
-
Open the calendar
- Click Notifications Calendar in the left sidebar of the dashboard.
- If you don't see this menu item: the calendar is part of the Pro plan — upgrade from the prompt that appears.
-
Pick a view
- The calendar opens in a full month view. You can see every reminder for the month at once.
- Use the buttons in the top-right to switch between today, previous month, and next month.
-
Read an event
- Each tile shows the lead's name and a short note about what the reminder is for.
- The day's events are color-coded so you can tell tasks apart from follow-ups.
-
Add a new event

Tips
- Pin this tab on busy days. When you're following up with dozens of people, opening the calendar first thing in the morning is a fast way to plan your message schedule.
- Sync to Google Calendar if you live in another calendar app. From the Settings page, connect Google Calendar and your Messenger Organizer reminders will appear in your daily agenda automatically.
- Empty calendar? That just means you haven't set any reminders yet. Open a lead and try the Follow-Up button on their card to add your first one.
Next Steps: Want those reminders to also pop up in your daily agenda app? Connect Google Calendar in Settings.
