If you work with a team, VA, or agency, the Team Leads dashboard helps you keep track of shared conversations without logging into each other's Facebook accounts.

Reviewing Shared Pipelines​

  1. Go to "Team Leads"
    • Select it from the main dashboard sidebar.
  2. Review Lead Distribution
    • This dashboard displays a clean table view of leads specifically assigned or relevant to your team.
    • You can see the conversation Type (Single vs. Group conversation), the assigned Folder, a direct link to the Messenger chat, and options to action the lead.
