Team Leads

Works on:📸 Instagram🎓 Skool

If you have a virtual assistant, an agency partner, or a sales team helping you run your DMs, the Team Leads dashboard is where you all see the same shared pipeline. Nobody has to log in to anyone else's Facebook account, and everyone can see who's been contacted and where they sit in the funnel.

Who can see this menu

The Team Leads tab only appears in the sidebar if your account is set up as a partner / agency account or has a company seat limit above zero. If you don't see it, that means your plan is a single-user plan — contact support if you'd like to add team members.

What's in the Team Leads dashboard

  • A shared table of every lead assigned to your team across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Skool).
  • The lead's Type (single conversation vs. group conversation).
  • The Folder they're sitting in — same folders your teammates see, kept in sync.
  • A Messenger / DM link to jump straight into the live chat.
  • Quick actions to update notes, change folders, or remove a lead from the team view.

Step-by-step: Working a shared pipeline with your team

  1. Open Team Leads

    • Click Team Leads in the left sidebar of the dashboard.
  2. See the same data your team sees

    • Every teammate signed in to the same workspace sees the same rows. When someone moves a lead to "Follow-up Next Week", it shows up that way for everyone.
  3. Filter to your slice

    • Use the folder dropdown to focus on a single segment (e.g. "My Hot Leads").
    • Use the search bar at the top to find a specific person by name.
  4. Take action

    • Click the Messenger / DM icon to open the live chat in a new tab.
    • Use the Folder dropdown on each row to advance the lead to the next pipeline stage.
    • Click the note icon to leave context for your teammates ("Already followed up Tue — waiting for reply").

Tips

  • Use color-coded folders so anyone glancing at the team board instantly understands status without reading every row.
  • Leave notes on every handoff. When you pass a lead to a teammate (e.g. moving them to a folder owned by another rep), drop a one-line note saying what the next step should be.
  • Don't delete other people's leads unless you've checked with them — removing a row clears it from the shared view for everyone.
