Friends CRM - Messenger Organizer

Connecting with a massive audience on Facebook can get messy. The Friends module allows you to easily track, scan, and manage your current friends list.

Syncing Your Friends List​

To properly manage your network, you need to let Messenger Organizer scan and index your current Facebook friends.

  1. Access the Friends Tab
    • Click Friends in the left sidebar menu.
  2. Sync Facebook Friends
    • Click the Sync Facebook Friends button. The extension will automatically open a new tab and start recording your entire friends list into its database. Note: Keep that new tab open until it finishes.
  3. Review Your Network
    • You can now see every friend laid out in a clean table format.
  4. Take Action
    • If someone isn't a good fit for your CRM, you can handle them directly from this screen.
    • Select multiple people using the checkboxes and click the red Unfriend Selected button to quickly remove them in bulk.
  5. Bulk Export to CRM
    • If you want to move these friends directly into your sales pipeline, select them using the checkboxes.
    • Choose a target folder and click the Bulk Export button. They will instantly appear in your main Facebook CRM.
    • You can also export this selected list as a CSV file for your own records.
