Auto Responder

Auto-Replies ensure that when someone messages you and you aren't available, they still get a quick, professional response.

Setting Up the Auto Responder​

  1. Open the "Auto Responder"
    • Access the Auto Responder from the main Dashboard sidebar.
  2. Enable Auto Responder
    • Toggle the main Auto Responder switch to the ON position.
    • Note: Remember to keep this browser window open. The system will securely scan in the background, checking for new unread messages every 5 minutes.
  3. Draft Your Message
    • Click the green + Add Template (or "Create First Template") button.
    • Set up the message you want to instantly send to anyone who messages you first (e.g. "I'm away from my system, I'm not reachable at the moment...").
  4. Save and Monitor
    • Your configured template will live in the Auto Responder Templates dashboard where you can easily toggle it off or edit the text.
    • Pro Tip: You should add multiple different templates. If you have several enabled, the system will pick a random one to send each time, making your replies look more organic.
