Add Lead From Profile

Sometimes you find a prospect while browsing your Facebook feed or searching through a group. The Add Lead From Profile tool lets you capture their information without even opening a chat.

Capturing Leads Instantly​

  1. Visit any Facebook Profile
    • Go to the profile page of any person you wish to add to your CRM.
  2. Locate the Messenger Organizer Button
    • On the left-hand side of their profile page, you will see a Messenger Organizer injection.
  3. Save to CRM
    • Use the dropdown to select a Target Folder.
    • Optionally add Tags to categorize them.
    • Click Add to CRM. The lead is now saved in your dashboard with a direct link to their profile and future Messenger chat.

Next Steps: Once they are saved, you can manage them in your Facebook CRM.
