Settings and External Integrations

⚙️ Connecting Your Favorite Tools​

Messenger Organizer becomes even more powerful when you connect it to the tools you already use. The Settings dashboard is your hub for integrating with Google Workspace, your CRM, and AI tools.

Accessing Your Settings​

  1. Open the Dashboard
    • Click the Messenger Organizer icon to open the full dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings
    • Scroll down the left sidebar menu and click on Settings.

Google Sheets Integrations​

You can automatically push your lead data directly to Google Sheets, eliminating manual data entry.

  1. Facebook to Google Sheets Connection

    • Click Sign in With Google to authorize the connection.
    • Enter your specific Google Sheet Link.
    • Set up Automations, such as "Push every new lead in your Google Sheet." You can define which specific worksheet to push to, and map it to specific folders (e.g., only push leads tagged as "Hot Leads").

  2. Instagram to Google Sheets Connection

    • Follow the exact same process as above, but specifically for leads originating from your Instagram CRM.

  3. Group Organizer Google Sheets Connection

    • Connect a Google Sheet to automatically export group member data (answers to membership questions, emails) when you approve them. This is crucial for building your email list.

Google Calendar Integration​

Never miss an important follow-up call.

  1. Google Calendar Connection
    • Click Sign in With Google.
    • Enable the automation: "Schedule every new log in your Google Calendar."
    • Select your specific calendar from the dropdown menu. This will sync the reminders you set in the CRM directly to your daily agenda.

GoHighLevel (GHL) Connection​

If you use GoHighLevel for advanced email marketing and sales pipelines, you can connect the two systems.

  1. GoHighLevel Connection
    • Enter your Go High Level API Key.
    • Click Connect.
    • Turn on the automation toggle: "Push every new lead in your GHL accnt."

AI Connection​

Enhance your automated messaging with AI.

  1. AI Connection
    • Note: You must first configure your OpenAI API key in the AI Content Generation tab.
    • Once configured, toggle the automation switch here to "Make AI enabled Messenger step sequence." This allows the AI to participate in broader automated workflows.
