Groups Organizer

If you run your own Facebook group, you know how tedious it is to manually approve members and copy/paste their email addresses. The Groups Organizer automates the entire onboarding process.
Managing New Group Members​
- Go to Groups Organizer
- Select it from the main dashboard sidebar.
- Capture Member Data
- Click Scan Groups and select your group from the dropdown list.
- As people request to join your group and answer your membership questions (like providing their email address), you can view their answers directly in the table.
- Note: You can select a group and click the Manage Requests button to approve or decline members entirely from the dashboard.
- Automate onboarding & Group Tagging (Native)
- Use the Automation buttons to automatically approve members based on criteria.
- Click Push To Google Sheet to instantly export member data, answers, and emails into a spreadsheet for your email marketing campaigns.
- If you visit your group's Members page directly on Facebook, Messenger Organizer injects dropdowns into the Native UI, letting you assign entire groups of members to CRM folders in bulk right from the page.
