Unread Messages

Catching up on missed messages is critical for customer support and sales. Instead of scrolling randomly through your Facebook inbox, the Unread Messages dashboard surfaces everything that needs your attention.

Catching Up on Conversations​

  1. Go to Unread Messages
    • Click on the Unread Messages tab in the main left sidebar.
  2. Sync Your Conversations
    • Click the green Sync Unread Conversations button. The system will ping Facebook and pull every single unread message into a clean list.
  3. Filter and Review
    • You can read the Last Message preview directly in the dashboard and jump straight to the chat using the Messenger link icon.
    • Use the top dropdown to filter the unread items by specific folders (e.g., only show unread messages from "Hot Leads").
  4. Clear the Queue
    • If you don't need to reply to a specific conversation, click the red Remove (trash) icon to clear it from this list, or use the red Clear List button to empty the dashboard entirely and start fresh.
