Schedule Messages

Works on:

Sometimes you need to send a single message to hundreds of leads at once (e.g., announcing a new product, wishing "Happy New Year", or inviting people to a webinar). Schedule Messages allows you to do this automatically.

Scheduling a Broadcast Campaign

  1. Open the Module
    • Click Schedule Messages in the main dashboard sidebar.
  2. Setup Your Campaign
    • Click Create a new campaign and give it a Campaign Title.
  3. Select Your Audience & Content
    • Target Included Folders / Tags: Choose the specific folders (or tags) you want to broadcast to. Selecting "All" makes a folder required to receive the broadcast.
    • Target Excluded Folders / Tags: Select any groups you want to explicitly skip.
    • Choose the pre-written Message Template(s) you want to send. Tip: If you choose 3-4 different templates, the system will randomly shuffle them for each contact to help prevent Facebook from flagging your account for spam.
  4. Set Your Sending Options
    • Skip Safe Delay: By default, the system applies a "Safe Delay" cooldown period after every 50 messages to protect your account. You can check this box to bypass it, but it is highly unadvised.
    • Sending Interval: The default and recommended speed is 6 minutes per message. Setting an aggressive interval (like 3 minutes) increases the risk of account blocks.
    • Change Folder: You can set up automation here to automatically move a lead (e.g., from "Cold Leads" to "Hot Leads") immediately after the message is sent.
    • Auto Pause: You can tell the system to auto-pause after sending a certain number of messages or at a specific time, and resume again later.
  5. Launch & Monitor
    • Pick the exact date and time you want the campaign to start, and Messenger Organizer will handle the rest!
    • Click the small Eye icon next to an active campaign to see exactly who is in the queue, along with their Pending or Completed status.
    • If a campaign ever stalls, you can use the Repair button to restart the automation safely.
