Managing a large Facebook community requires efficient member categorization. The Group Tagging feature allows you to automatically assign tags and folders to members as you approve them into your group.

Automating Member Onboarding​

  1. Open Group Organizer
    • Access the Group Organizer from the main dashboard sidebar.
  2. Select Your Group
    • Scan your groups and choose the one you wish to manage.
  3. Configure Auto-Tagging
    • In the settings for your specific group, you can define which MO Folder and Tags should be applied to new members upon approval.
  4. Approve and Track
    • As you approve members via the dashboard, Messenger Organizer instantly records their data, applies the tags, and moves them into the designated CRM folder.
