Finding Inactive Connections​
If people aren't engaging with your posts or returning your messages, they are hurting your algorithm.
- Open the Inactive Friends Tool
- Click Inactive Friends from the main dashboard sidebar.
- Scan for Inactivity
- Start the inactive friend scan. The software looks through your list for 3 specific metrics:
- Last Message (When did you last communicate?)
- Last Post Comment (Do they comment on your feed?)
- Last Post Reaction (Do they like/react to your updates?)

- Clean Up Your List
- Anyone falling outside your threshold is taking up valuable space.
- Once the scan is complete, you can review the results and mass unfriend those who show zero activity metrics, instantly making room for fresh, highly-engaged prospects.
